Western Welcome Week: A Community Tradition

Every August, Littleton comes alive for Western Welcome Week, and Nourish Meals on Wheels is proud to be part of the festivities. This year, we joined the fun at the Littleton Elks Car Show and marched in the parade, connecting with neighbors, raising awareness, and celebrating the community spirit that makes Littleton so special.

The Littleton Elks Lodge has been a longtime friend of Nourish. Through the car show, they generously direct proceeds from concession and t-shirt sales to support our mission. With free entry for all participants, the event is as welcoming as it is impactful, a perfect example of how community partnerships bring people together for a good cause.

Events like these highlight the importance of local support and the generosity of groups like the Elks Lodge, who continue to stand beside us in nourishing older adults across South Metro Denver.
