Meet Chef Geoff

Chef Geoff joined Nourish Meals on Wheels in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His resume includes leadership roles at The Fort Restaurant, The University Club of Denver, and Pasta’s Italian Restaurant.
One of the cornerstones of Chef Geoff’s culinary approach is his strong relationships with our local suppliers. Collaborating with these suppliers, who share their latest sales, closeouts, and creative ideas with him, ensures that our kitchen is stocked with high-quality ingredients at the best possible prices, allowing us to create delicious meals that also honor the generosity of our donors.
Creating unique and exciting menus is another area where Chef Geoff excels. He draws inspiration from a variety of cuisines and culinary traditions, always looking to introduce new and exciting flavors to our clients. Whether it’s a hearty winter stew or a light summer sandwich, each dish is carefully crafted with our secret ingredient – love.
