From Orchard to Table: Rotary Peaches Add Summer Flavor to Nourish Meals

Nothing says Colorado summer quite like a perfectly ripe Palisade peach... sweet, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Thanks to the Littleton Rotary’s annual Peach Sale Fundraiser, we were able to bring this seasonal favorite to our clients’ tables last week in a very special way.

Our kitchen team created a menu that celebrated the best of summer: tender pork loin roasted to perfection, served with caramelized Palisade peaches, accompanied by steamed carrots, crispy cheesy tater tots, and a refreshing orange. It was a meal that delighted the senses and reminded clients that food can truly be an experience of comfort and joy.

But Littleton Rotary’s support goes far beyond peaches. They’ve been a committed partner for years, delivering Route 6 every Wednesday, sponsoring Theater Night, helping with beloved traditions like the 12 Days of Giving, and more.
